What we keep

AgendaScout watches public city and county meeting agendas. The jurisdiction pages repeat records those governments already published, with a short summary aimed at self-storage developers.

Account

Sign-in is a magic link to the email you give us. We store that address, the jurisdictions you watch, keywords you add, and the plan attached to the account. Session cookies are httpOnly.

Mail we send

The free digest form stores the email you submit and the counties or cities you type. We email that address the weekly list, plus magic links, Pro alerts, Zoning Risk Check delivery, and billing notices you trigger. We do not buy lists, scrape inboxes, or send cold email. Finding the product is the public site, the moratorium tracker, and posts on X and LinkedIn.

Payments

Stripe, on the Fracek Advisory account, processes Starter, Pro, and Zoning Risk Check payments. Checkout collects a billing address because tax is calculated there. We store the Stripe customer and subscription ids, not your card number.

How long

Agenda text stays so later digests and site reports can cite it. You can stop watching jurisdictions from the account settings. Canceling a subscription is done in the Stripe customer portal.
