The deal

AgendaScout is a paid watch on public meeting agendas for self-storage developers, plus an optional one-parcel Zoning Risk Check. These terms cover the site at agendascout.app.

Plans

Starter, $99/month, covers up to 10 jurisdictions and a weekly digest. Pro is $149 a month for up to 50 jurisdictions, the digest, and instant alerts.

Zoning Risk Check Standard is $149 once. Pro is $299 once. A report is a reading of agendas we have already ingested for that city or county. It is not a zoning opinion, a permit, or a promise that a site can be built.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Renewal and tax

Starter and Pro renew monthly until you cancel in the customer portal. Checkout requires a billing address and calculates tax. Failed invoices can pause new alerts until Stripe collects the payment.

The record

Summaries are written from public agendas. A keyword match can miss an item or flag one that does not affect storage. The source link is the record. We skip sources whose robots.txt disallows the fetch.
